KEY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FEATURES
TOWING
(MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN)
We tow you to the closest authorized repair facility, up to a maximum of 30 kms.
BATTERY BOOSTS
We send an authorized service provider to attempt to start a vehicle.
FLAT TIRE
We replace your flat tire with an inflated spare tire, provided the spare tire is inflated and in safe operating condition.
LOCKOUT
If your vehicle’s ignition key is lost, broken or accidentally locked inside, we send a service operator to unlock your vehicle. If a locksmith is needed, the customer is reimbursed up to a maximum of $50.
GAS DELIVERY
If the car runs out gas (diesel, gasohol excluded), we deliver it to the vehicle owner. If we are unable to deliver, the vehicle must be towed to the closest facility.
EMERGENCY WINCHING
Stuck in the snow or mud? We extract your vehicle from mud or ice with standard automobile servicing equipment. If the vehicle is not drivable from the scene, towing is required.
